I can't see the price for the product or service I'm looking for...

Where possible we have listed a price. Some pricing is variable, e.g. based on location and band size. Every event is totally personal and unique, so we will need a couple of basic details about the event you are planning (venue, approximate timings, format of the event etc). Once we have that we can send simple and transparent pricing with the exact specifications of your event.

Our bookings team always ensure that enquiries are dealt with quickly so you won't have to wait.

Are you an Agency?

Yes! & No! We have a wide range of Products and Services in-house, including all our production, lighting and sound equipment. If you want help with something quite specialist (e.g. World Class DJs, Big Name Acts, Steel Band, Gospel Choir etc) we can source exactly what you're after, and have a reupation for getting our clients the best rates in the business.

What size stage do I need?

We will be able to advise you on that. Once we know the venue and dimensions and what entertainment you have chosen we can advise on the optimum size.

Can you provide a stage & lighting?

We offer a number of stage and lighting packages that look incredible, are hassle free and ready to go. If you are looking for something totally bespoke, we can offer complete set & lighting design with event planning via our sister company, Ruby J Events. What lighting do we need?

Lighting can be totally transformative for a room. As a minimum we suggest 4 good quality moving lights, some front lighting for the band, some colour wash for the stage, and some uplighters around the room.

Our great value lighting packages will make your venue look incredible whilst creating a dynamic party atmosphere. They look great, are totally hassle free, and as you are sourcing them direct from us, they are are exceptional value.

How far do your Bands & Entertainment options travel?

We have worked all over the world, and are happy to travel to most global destinations. Our base pricing is for events taking place in London, UK. We do everything we can to ensure that travel costs are kept to a minimum. Pricing is based on fuel cost, travel time, and if further afield, how many nights stay are required. Our in-house planners will be there throughout to help you take care of all the logistics involved with playing overseas.

My venue has a sound limiter...

Oh dear! Don't worry though. We have a huge amount of experience working with sound limiters. We can tailor the way we configure the sound to make sure you get the best out of the sound limitations. We always use highly trained and experienced in-house sound engineers at every event to live mix the music throughout the night. During sound check and during playtime they will work with the sound frequencies and constantly monitor the dB reading.

What do the engineers wear?

Our engineers are always clean and well presented. During set up they wear branded workwear to help identify them. For the duration of the event they will change into freshly laundered smart black attire.
